If you want to strip fat from your body in the shortest period of time then you need to incorporate PHA into your training regime. This is where you alternate lower and upper body resistance training exercises. Choose between 4 to 10 exercises and keep moving between each exercise with minimal rest.
The reason this strategy works so will is that you are forcing bloodflow up and down the body creating an aerobic effect and resulting fat burning. Just think about how hard it is for your body to move the blood from leg muscles to chest muscles for example.

EFAs are crucial to fat burning. IF you are not eating alot of EFAs you are limiting the amount of fat burning you are experiencing. The truth is that there are actually 2 types of fat – Good Fat and Bad Fat.
We must avoid saturated and trans fats like the plague. However there are good fats we need to eat which include oily fish such as salmon, trout, mackeral and also other sources such as nuts/nut butters and avocados.
If you just increase consumption for the next week you will become leaner that alone!!
