  5. O my gosh I was having a brownie for breakfast while watching this! Lol! But seriously, great advice. I have two kids and ive tried every diet, but I always go back to my old ways (I’m addicted to sweets as u can tell by my brownie). But ive been trying to change and substitute and I lost 22lbs without excersise!! I’m joining a gym this Wednesday and I hope to keep loosing! Its not about a diet, diets don’t work because they tell you what not to eat. It should be about what u SHOULD eat! 🙂

  20. Oh and I forgot, i’ve never been much of a soda drinker, the only thing soda I drink is Mountain Dew. I only have those every once in a while. I used to have energy drinks a few times a week, but i’ve given those up completely.

    My husband and I try to limit eating out to once a week, mostly to save money but of course it also helps with eating healthy. And when we do go out, I choose healthier things. My number one thing I do is try to drink 8 cups of water everyday, and I have an app on my tablet where I can track how much I drink and it reminds me in case I forget. It also helps that I have a small energetic puppy who needs exercise, so I take her on walks everyday.
