The list includes only plant foods, such as fresh fruit and vegetables, sprouts, seeds and nuts.Before I share the list I would like to say, that only recently I learned the difference between vegetables and fruits .If it has seeds its a fruit, that means that a lot of “vegetables” will be listed as ” fruits “, but never the less this list is just a guide to show you the incredible variety of foods, that you can enjoy!

In addition to all that I will be taking chick pea sprouts,kidney bean sprouts , sunflower seeds sprouts and a few other , that I have available or buy.
My personal choice and intention is to take nothing , that has been cooked, so I intend not to eat any sweet potatoes ,other potatoes , wild rice or any other grains , that can only be eaten cooked. My intention is to sprout them and enjoy them that way. This is totally optional for anybody who is doing any raw food detox and the main thing is to go with the flow . Listen to your body and intuition , focus on nourishment and health and take every day as it comes.
