Body Blaster Smoothie

Tools And Ingredients You Will Need
Feeds 5 People

Vitamix an ordinary blender will not do as it will taste really lumpy 🙁

handful Goji Berries
Handful of Raw Nibbed Cacao
3 cups of fresh spinach
2 cups of Kale
Half a frozen mango
3 cups of frozen blueberries.
1 1 inch piece of fresh peeled ginger
3 Dates Stones removed
1 Banana preferably ripe.
3 sticks of celery
handful of mixed seeds IE sunflower,pumkin seeds,pine nuts,
1 Tablespoon of udo’s oil
1 heaped teaspoon of spirulina
1 teaspoon of wheatgrass
1 cup of coconut milk.
3 cups of rice milk or instead you can use 3 cups of water and 300g of cashew nuts instead.

If cashew nuts are used first blend
cashew nuts and water in vitamix to make cashew milk
then add celery dates and the rest of the ingredients
Blend for 2 mins on high speed till smooth and then serve..
